Limited Scope of Acceptance

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions applies exclusively to the use of the Site and the services provided by The First Collection under this agreement. Such acceptance does not extend to, nor does it imply, agreement to any other terms, commitments, or arrangements. Each agreement or understanding outside of these Terms shall be considered separately and subject to its own terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction

These conditions of use are governed by the laws in force in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to the provisions of this agreement or their implementation, the exclusive jurisdiction for resolving those disputes or disagreements shall rest solely with the courts of Dubai.
